ONE CIRCLE uses phone calls, text messages (SMS), and email to communicate with people who request a Home Readiness Survey and/or opt in to receive company updates.

 

1) Home Readiness Survey Scheduling (Conversational / Informational)

If you submit a request for a Home Readiness Survey or ask us to contact you (including via a web form), you consent to receive conversational and informational communications from ONE CIRCLE related to your request. These messages may include scheduling, confirmations, reminders, service-related updates, and follow-up questions needed to complete your request.

 

2) Company Updates / Events / Newsletter (Promotional — Opt-in Only)

If you opt in to receive updates, you consent to receive promotional SMS and/or emails from ONE CIRCLE about company updates, events, and newsletters. You can opt out at any time.
